Frank Baumgartner will be visiting the department and, in that connection give a CEPDISC seminar entitled “Working as Intended? How the Criminal Code Was Designed with Race in Mind”
Frank Baumgartner is a Richard J. Richardson Distinguished Professor of Political Science at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a leading researcher on the death penalty and the criminal legal system.
