Covid-19 report delivered to the Danish Parliament

A committee headed by Jørgen Grønnegård Christensen has finished their investigation of the Danish government’s management of the covid-19 crisis.

Emeritus Professor Jørgen Grønnegård Christensen, Department of Political Science, has headed the independent committee tasked with investigating the Danish government’s course of action during the initial stage of the covid-19 pandemic.

Today, the report was published.

The Danish Parliament ordered the report in June 2020. It covers the period from January to April in the same year as the first covid-19 lockdown of the Danish society took place.

In addition to Jørgen Grønnegård Christensen, Professor Helle Bødker Madsen, Department of Law at Aarhus BSS, also participated in the investigation committee. Professor Peter Bjerre Mortensen, Department of Political Science, was part of the secretariat assisting the group.
