Professor Francis Fukuyama from Stanford University visits the department of Political Science to give a lecture on the current world order and the challenges posed by the Trump administration to the rules‑based international system created since 1945. The lecture will also address how European states can best respond to these developments.

The event is organised by the Department in connection with the Matchpoints conference in collaboration with the student association GloPol.

The lecture will be introduced by Professor Jørgen Møller, who will also serve as moderator. Fukuyama will speak for approximately 45 minutes, followed by ample time for questions from the audience.

The event is open to all interested attendees. Seating is allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis on the day.
