The Global Gender Gap Report 2013

Denmark is ranked as number 8 in the world when it comes to gender equality. However, when it comes to “wage equality for similar work” and “legislators, senior officials and managers” Denmark is ranked respectively as number 39 and 80.

The latest Global Gender Report from World Economic Forum is ranking Denmark as number 8 in the world when it comes to gender equality – this is one step backwards compared to last year’s rating.
The report furthermore illustrates how Denmark especially has challenging task towards gender equality on the labor marked.
