My research focus on the governance of EU security and defence politics. I am especially interested in the European Commission's role within defence industrial policies. 

My research interests include EU institutions and governance, the European Commission, the European Parliament, European integration, strategies and organizational culture. 

I am especially interested in methods like participant observation, elite interviews and process-tracing.
