"Empower Talent!" matches staff at assistant professor (assistant professor/researcher/postdoc) level with more experienced colleagues at associate professor level or above. 
The purpose of the mentor scheme is to contribute to supporting and developing the professional and personal career potential of the academic staff. In that connection the scheme can be seen as a positive step towards gender equality at Aarhus University.

"Empower Talent!" is voluntary. Participation is voluntary based on the mutual interest of both the mentor and mentee.
