Danish women are turning their backs on the universities
Although almost half of the new PhD graduates in Denmark are women, women are still under-represented among the scientific staff at the Danish universities. In an article in Magisterbladet, Mathias Wullum Nielsen, PhD student at CFA, provides suggestions on how to rectify the gender imbalance.
