My PhD-project focus on how the clarity of legal language affects impartial decision-making. I study how institutional factors such as bureaucratic discretion, meritocratic recruitment, sectors, or contexts shape this relationship. Specifically, how legal language features can undermine consistentency in bureaucratic application.
