Research
My research is about public leaders as important actors in the political-administrative hierarchy. In this regard, I am particularly interested in three topics: 1) how public leaders can support inclusive work environments in public organizations; 2) what role public leaders play when elected politicians try to challenge democratic institutions; and 3) the credibility of public leaders, including what it means for their ability to succeed as leaders and what factors can challenge their credibility.
