Research
My research is about public managers as important actors in the political-administrative hierarchy. In this regard, I am particularly interested in three topics:
1) The role of public managers in fostering inclusive working environments
2) The role of public managers in relation to democratic backsliding
3) The credibility of public managers, how it is shaped and what consequences it has for their ability to impact subordinates through leadership behavior
