The project aims to provide training in science communication and science management to women in science and technology by consulting the University of Helsinki and the University of Lund as to best practices. The project aims to support women with a higher education degree to career development and advancement through training in science and technology education and culture. The science communication and management education will thus offer job training programmes for re-employment to help women with an interrupted career to re-enter the work force. The Danish Centre for Studies in Research and Research Policy, Aarhus University will evaluate the project.
The project is funded through the Nordplus Framework Programme. The project period is two years (June 2010 - June 2012).
