To complete the PhD study programme in Social Science Ea Høg Utoft presents her PhD dissertation, giving a public lecture followed by a defence.

The defence takes place virtually via Microsoft Teams.

Logging on is possible from 14:05, and attendees are asked to mute their microphones to avoid any background noise.

We strive to make it possible for the audience to ask questions to the candidate. Questions must be sent to Carter Bloch, who heads the defence, via the "conversation" box appearing in the middle of the panel while attending.

Attendees do not have access to technical support during the defence.

The subject of the lecture is:

Elaboration of the multi-level concept of motivation for gender equality work

The title of the dissertation:

Motivation, organisational gender equality work and the postfeminist gender regime: A feminist approach

The assessment panel consists of:

  • Professor Yvonne W. M. Benschop, Department of Business Administration, Nijmegen School of Management
  • Professor Liisa Husu, School of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences, Örebro University
  • Senior researcher Jens Peter Andersen, Danish Centre for Studies in Science and Science Policy, Aarhus University (chairman)

Where to find the dissertation:

The dissertation can be downloaded from this link prior to the defence (from Monday May 25).
