CFA has been awarded a grant from the Villum Foundation to study the effects of a relatively new and novel grant form, Villum Experiment, that seeks to promote unorthodox and innovative research projects.

New Research Project: PROSECON

Carter Bloch, Professor and Centre Director at CFA, has been awarded 10 million DKK to study the design of public and private research funding programmes, in order to increase the socio-economic impact of research. The name of the project is PROSECON: Promoting the socio-economic impact of research – the role of funding practices.

Carter Bloch new Centre Director at CFA

Professor Carter Bloch has been appointed new centre director at Danish Centre for Studies in Research and Research Policy (CFA) from 1 September 2018.

Five new H2020 projects to CFA

CFA receives close to DKK 20 million for five new Horizon 2020 projects. Four projects revolve around issues of responsibility and integrity in research. The fifth project is concerned with developing measures of intangible assets at the level of firms.
