An online resource site communicating information about women in the area of research,
supporting initiatives against gender stereotypes and
promoting female researchers’ career opportunities at Aarhus University
GER (Gender Equality in Research) is an online resource site developed by the Danish Centre for Studies in Research and Research Policy as a part of the European research project STAGES. The main purpose of the website is to communicate information about gender equality within the area of academic research at Aarhus University and to provide career planning advice for female researchers. However, it is our aspiration that the website will also provide a platform for both female and male researchers to share their thoughts and knowledge on the issues in relation to the correlation between gender and research. Moreover, this platform provides researchers with valuable information, guidance, referrals, and support.
