KRAKA-pris for ph.d.-afhandling

Mathias Wullum Nielsen fik den 27. april tildelt KRAKA-prisen for sin ph.d.-afhandling ’New and Persistent Gender Equality Challenges in Academia’, som han skrev, mens han var tilknyttet CFA. Foreningen for Kønsforskning i Danmark står bag prisen.  

Collaboration in Research

The Danish Centre for Studies in Research and Research Policy (CFA) has conducted a study to examine the production of research in Denmark, the extent of public-private collaboration and its relation to both scientist’s scientific performance and firm’s economic performance in the period from 1995-2013. The focus of this report is on research measured in terms of scientific publications and research collaboration measured through the co-authorship of publications. The study was commissioned by the Danish Agency for Science and Higher Education.

New senior researcher: Maria-Theresa Norn

Maria-Theresa Norn works part-time at CFA. When she's not here, she works as Head of Analysis in DEA, a non-profit think tank on education, science and innovation policy.

Evaluering af samfundsvidenskabelige institutter i Norge

CFA har medvirket til evalueringen af de samfundsvidenskabelige institutter i Norge, som netop er afsluttet. Centerleder Niels Mejlgaard har deltaget i evalueringspanelet og professor Jesper W. Schneider har leveret bibliometriske analyser af institutterne som underlag for evalueringen.

Fifth H2020 grant for CFA

The Danish Centre for Studies in Research and Research Policy (CFA) has received DKK 4.65 million from the European Commission’s H2020 Framework Programme for Research and Innovation.

6 million for CFA-professor

Jesper Wiborg Schneider has received a DKK 5.98 million grant from The Danish Agency for Science, Technology and Innovation for his project about research integrity.

    PhD education at CFA

    PhD education at the Danish Centre for Studies in Research and Research Policy (CFA) is conducted within the PhD programme in Social Science and Business, which is one of the seven field programmes offered at Aarhus BSS Graduate School.

    Aarhus BSS Graduate School invites applications twice a year for admission to its PhD degree programmes.
