Professor Stuart Soroka, University of Michigan, and Professor Sven Oskarsson, Uppsala University visit the department. Both Stuart and Sven are world-leading experts in the fields of political behavior, political psychology and political communication and their work has been published in the most prestigious general political science journals often covering how deep-seated psychological factors affect political behaviors such as participation, opinion formation and electoral preferences.

In order to take advantage of Stuart’s and Sven’s visits to our department we have organized a mini conference on Political Behavior and Psychological Biases. Besides our prominent guests the mini conference also consists of presentations by leading Danish researchers on political behavior and psychological biases from University of Copenhagen, University of Southern Denmark and from within our own department.

We hope that many of you will find the topic of the mini conference interesting.

We look forward to interesting presentations and engaging discussions at the mini conference.

Best wishes,
Michael Bang Petersen & Lasse Laustsen
